These bath kits are an all in one. Ingredients include many things to rehydrate your skin and help prevent wrinkles while cleansing pores! This will help you melt away stress and soreness while also helping relieve pain! Each bag is approx. 15 oz in size and can yield 4 foot baths or 2 full body baths.
Ingredients: (original) Magnesium Chloride, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, Dried Rose Petals, Calming Essential Oil Blend.
(eucalyptus) Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Dead Sea Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, Eucalyptus, Orange and Rosemary Essential Oil Blend.
(lemongrass) Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Dead Sea Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, Dried Marigolds, Ginger, Lemongrass and Tea Tree Essential Oil Blend.
(orange creamsicle) Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Dead Sea Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, Vanilla, Orange and Jasmine Essential Oil blend.
Instructions: Half to full bag for a full bath. Foot bath ¼ cup to ½ cup. Please mix in hot water first and then pour into tub/footbath so that the mixture dissolves all the way.
Soak for a total of 40 minutes! 20 to detox and 20 to absorb additional minerals. If you are new to detoxing you may not be able to do the full 40, listen to your body!
YOU MUST HYDRATE!
This is extremely important when detoxing. Drink plenty of water for 24 hrs. after detox!
Magnesium is naturally oily, so tub will be slippery please be careful!

I frequently have trouble at night time trying to fall asleep due to restless leg syndrome. Some nights I just can't get comfortable no matter what I try. On top of already being sore from work my legs were giving me a fit tonight so I decided to use my original blend detox bath for the first time. Within about 15 minutes my legs were starting to feel less achy. While I did not soak for the full 40 minutes I did soak for about 30 minutes. This is another product that I plan to keep on hand especially for those bad nights along with my aches n' knots total game changers!! I can't thank you enough!
